Grant
won to study Huntington shoreline
BAY VILLAGE The $68,250 grant from the Ohio
Department of Natural Resources will allow the Cleveland Metroparks
to develop a shoreline management plan for the Huntington Reservation.
The area includes the beach and waterfront areas utilized by thousands
of people every year. |
Land
purchase to double park size
FAIRVIEW PARK The city will pay $64,000 to purchase
portions of lots from three West 220th Street property owners to expand
Nelson Russ Park. Land added to the park will be used for soccer and
football fields. |

Rocky River to be successful in finances, Mayor Pam Bobst said in
