Suspect arrested in Missouri driving stolen car
23-year-old alleged rape victim
identifies photo of attacker

Westlake Police said the alleged victim immediately identified a 37-year-old as the man who assaulted her when she viewed a photo spread which included a mug shot of the suspect. She then became emotionally overwrought, police said.

Millage on proposed levy reduced
BAY VILLAGE — The school district's superintendent and treasurer now say current financial projections show passage of a 5.75-mill levy in November will allow the schools to continue its current level of services. Earlier this year, officials contemplated pushing for a levy closer to 7 mills.

believe the dedicated lanes would add to the city's recreational offerings. But the police chief has concerns about safety.
